Happy Birthday to me..... I sewed the next Chilly Charmers block, in the nick of time I might add.   Tomorrow morning is the First Saturday Sampler at the shop, at 9:30 am.  Nothing like waiting until the last minute!

My dear husband took me to a quilt shop today (new to me, about 45 min from  home) and spend over 2 hours there while I picked out fabric and a few other items!  He really is the best, and I feel lucky to be married almost 10 years to him.  Wow, where does the time go!  He bought me a ton of fabric from the Moda Beach House line by Barbara Adams and Alma Allen .  I mixed a few other fabrics in, too.  On a mission to find the gold they used... I see some quality online searching in my future.   I already owned the book that the project is in.  It's called In Full Bloom, and I'm doing the cover project Posies in the Valley.  I really don't "need" to start another project now, but that's what birthdays are for, I decided today.  

We also went to a great Irish Pub- get this name- Waxy O'Connor's for dinner, and had cake after.  I feel spoiled!
